Ratna Park, Kathmandu. A bizarre sanctuary from strikes, pollution and general raucousness. A place for the disillusioned, the unemployed, and the mentally unsound to watch time go by, while others are entertained by bogus medicine men and magicians. At night, it becomes a haven for prostitutes, gay men, drug dealers and glue sniffers.
