Teku Hospital
Load shedding was hitting 14 hours a day, and the hospitals had it bad. I wanted to do a load shedding story after reading newspaper reports, but most of those I went to had generator back-ups. The worst one, like a scene of a zombie flick, was Teku Hospital. There were two medics and a doctor on night duty, but there wasn’t power for even the lights.
